Job Summary
The OD Specialist designs, implements, and evaluates organisational development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance, leadership effectiveness, and company culture. The role focuses on talent management, succession planning, and change management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct organisational assessments to identify gaps in structure, processes, and capabilities.
- Design and implement OD interventions such as competency frameworks, performance management systems, and career development programs.
- Support succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support business transformation.
- Analyse HR and business data to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
- Provide training and workshops to support organisational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on culture and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in OD, talent management, or HR development.
- Strong knowledge of OD models, performance management, and change management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Background in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
