About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to support our HR and business transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be based in
Egypt
, working remotely to design and implement OD strategies that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and overall culture alignment.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, a strategic mindset, and practical experience in developing structures, policies, and programs that drive efficiency and growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and monitor
    organizational development programs
    aligned with business goals.
  • Support
    organizational structure reviews
    , job analysis, and role design initiatives.
  • Develop and update
    HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
    to ensure alignment with Saudi labor law and company culture.
  • Lead the development and rollout of
    performance management systems
    , including KPIs, competencies, and appraisal tools.
  • Conduct
    training needs assessments
    and collaborate with L&D teams to create targeted development programs.
  • Support
    succession planning
    and
    career path frameworks
    for key positions.
  • Analyze employee engagement data and recommend actions to enhance motivation and retention.
  • Partner with business leaders to manage
    change management initiatives
    and ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
  • Prepare and maintain OD reports, dashboards, and analytics to track progress and impact.
  • Act as a liaison between Egypt-based support and the Saudi HR team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
    (Master's degree preferred).
  • 4–6 years
    of proven experience in
    Organizational Development
    , preferably within a Saudi or GCC business environment.
  • Strong understanding of
    HR systems, performance management frameworks
    , and
    competency modeling
    .
  • Experience in
    policy and structure development
    ,
    process mapping
    , and
    organizational assessments
    .
  • Excellent command of
    English and Arabic
    (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working
    remotely
    and managing cross-border coordination effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of
    Saudi labor law
    and local HR best practices.
  • Experience in using
    HR systems or ERP platforms
    (e.g., Jisr, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Certified in
    OD, Change Management, or HR Analytics
    (a plus).

Work Arrangement:

  • Remote from Egypt
  • Working hours aligned with Saudi business time
  • Occasional travel to Saudi Arabia may be required
