Madinet Masr is growing — and we're looking for a strategic, data-driven
OD & Talent Management Lead Specialist
as part of the People & Culture team to enhance how our people, processes, and performance align to deliver impact at scale.

You'll architect the systems that power our culture — including performance management, succession planning, career paths, organisational design, and people policies — so our teams can do their best work.

What you'll do

  • Build and continuously refine a robust, data-driven
    performance management
    system (goal setting, year-end reviews, and calibration).
  • Cascade
    strategic objectives and KPIs
    with leadership across all functions.
  • Define clear
    performance standards
    and measurement frameworks for every role.
  • Coach managers on setting SMART goals, conducting effective reviews, and utilising performance data for development.
  • Drive
    org design
    and structure improvements that boost agility and effectiveness.
  • Partner with
    Talent Acquisition & Development
    on
    succession planning
    , talent identification, and development programs.
  • Design and roll out
    career paths
    for roles and levels across the organization.
  • Own and update
    People & Culture policies
    (handbook, code of conduct, policy manuals).
  • Lead
    HR analytics
    : track trends, inform decisions, and publish recurring dashboards (turnover, engagement, workforce planning).
  • Maintain accurate
    org charts
    and support manpower/promotional plans with VPs.
  • Deliver sharp
    ad-hoc analyses
    to guide executive decision-making.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree
    in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 6–8 years
    of progressive HR experience with intense exposure to
    OD & Performance Management
    .
  • Proven
    analytical
    mindset and strategic problem-solving.
  • Excellent
    communication
    and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong
    project management
    and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency with
    HRIS/people analytics
    and performance tools (preferably
    SAP SuccessFactors
    ).
  • Solid understanding of
    labor laws
    and compliance.
