Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative B2B//English Acc located in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and handling communication in a professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Computer Literacy skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a B2B setting is a plus

We are hiring English Speakers for the corporate account (English Account) with opportuinty to travel to UAE or get promoted after 6 months

B1+/ B2 English speakers

Salary up to 16EGP/Month

Commission up to 5kEGP/Month
