Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer with deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and LLM fine-tuning. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions that leverage cutting-edge language models, vector databases, and data pipelines to deliver intelligent, context-aware applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RAG pipelines combining LLMs with retrieval systems for accurate, real-time knowledge generation.
  • Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using domain-specific datasets to enhance accuracy and contextual understanding.
  • Implement vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus) and integrate them with AI models for semantic search and context retrieval.
  • Work with embedding models and design scalable data ingestion, chunking, and retrieval strategies.
  • Build and optimize prompt engineering frameworks and context management strategies.
  • Evaluate and benchmark model performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, ML researchers, and product teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
  • Stay current with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and retrieval-based architectures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in LLM-based systems.
  • Proven experience building RAG systems and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Mistral, Falcon).
  • Strong proficiency in Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, or open-source LLMs.
  • Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, evaluation metrics, and prompt optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with full stack development experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and system design skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) or instruction tuning.
  • Background in NLP, information retrieval, or knowledge graphs.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for model deployment.
