In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for advancing our artificial intelligence initiatives through rigorous research, model development, and the application of cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping innovative AI solutions that address complex challenges and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct extensive research in artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop state-of-the-art models that can be applied to various domains within the organization.
  • Design and implement robust AI algorithms and frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency in model performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead the development of advanced proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes to demonstrate the potential of AI technologies to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and refine existing models, implementing best practices to enhance their accuracy and reliability.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI research, providing thought leadership and insights to the team and the organization.
  • Document methodologies, findings, and insights to foster knowledge sharing and ensure reproducibility of results.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a strong research background.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in designing and developing AI models, particularly in natural language processing and large-scale machine learning applications.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with extensive experience using AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and computational methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on complex datasets and develop accurate predictive models.
  • Exemplary problem-solving skills and capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Publications in reputable AI conferences or journals are an advantage.
