About the Company

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with approximately three years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, practical experience with end-to-end ML pipelines, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI-driven products.

About the Role

The AI Engineer will be responsible for developing, training, and optimizing machine learning models for various business use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for various business use cases.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment workflows.
  • Implement and fine-tune deep learning models using common frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Work with large, diverse datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
  • Participate in model evaluation, testing, and performance tuning.
  • Support the integration of AI models into production systems (APIs, cloud services, microservices, etc.).
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging AI tools, best practices, and trends.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and model explainability outputs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • +3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and common ML libraries.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in building and deploying production-level machine learning models.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with version-control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.).
  • Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience working with REST APIs and microservice architecture.
