We're Hiring: Senior Learning Designer


Location: Maadi, Cairo – On-site

Skills Bank is expanding its team We're looking for a
Senior Learning Designer
who is passionate about designing innovative and impactful training programs, materials, and learning experiences.

Role Overview

The Senior Learning Designer will be responsible for designing and developing engaging training content, creating curricula, managing learning platforms, and overseeing the end-to-end design process to ensure high-quality learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhance knowledge retention and transfer.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and target audiences.
  • Attend meetings with clients or trainers as needed.
  • Define assessment criteria and develop evaluation tools to measure learner performance.
  • Recommend new learning topics and approaches.
  • Develop exercises and activities that promote interactive learning.
  • Create supporting materials.
  • Monitor training delivery when required for quality evaluation and improvement.
  • Design customized learning programs based on specific client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Training & Development.
  • Strong expertise in Curriculum

  • Excellent

    presentation skills

  • Solid understanding of

    .
