We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sr E-learning Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of engaging and effective e-learning courses. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create innovative and impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analysis & Design:

  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments, analyzing content, user needs, stakeholder requirements, business goals, and educational objectives.

  3. Develop comprehensive learning journeys based on analysis results, ensuring alignment with instructional design principles.

  4. Storyboarding:

  5. Create engaging and creative e-learning storyboards.

  6. Review and provide constructive feedback on storyboards developed by external resources.

  7. Articulate Storyline Development:

  8. Develop high-quality e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and other relevant authoring tools.

  9. Conduct rigorous quality assurance, including reviewing developed activities, writing bug reports, and fixing bugs as needed.

  10. Graphic Design Skills:

  11. Possess a fair understanding of graphic design principles and experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (preferred, but not mandatory).

  12. Audio Editing:

  13. Have experience in audio editing using Adobe Audition or other relevant software.

  14. AI Tool Utilization:

  15. Leverage AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency in various aspects of e-learning development.

  16. Communication & Collaboration:

  17. Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including subject matter experts, instructional designers, and project managers.

  18. Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications

  • excellent experience in articulate storyline development
  • A creative e-learning storyboard writer (English& Arabic)
  • Experience in "Adobe Audition" or any audio editor application.
  • Have a good experience using AI tools
  • Very good experience analyzing the content
