PANATIX is expanding its workshop and field service team, and we are looking for a Helper to support our Technicians and Engineers in daily workshop activities, installations, and on-site work.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who is hardworking, willing to learn, and looking to grow in the technical and engineering field.

Responsibilities


• Assist Technicians and Engineers during installation and service work


• Carry tools, equipment, and materials at job sites


• Support basic workshop tasks (cutting tubes, cleaning, labeling, sorting parts)


• Load and unload materials and equipment


• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe


• Support site preparation and cleanup


• Perform errands such as collecting spare parts or delivering materials


• Follow safety instructions and company policies

Requirements


• No previous technical experience required


• Basic literacy (reading & writing)


• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks


• Hardworking, honest, and disciplined


• Willing to learn and follow instructions


• Punctual and responsible


• Ability to work in workshop and customer site environments

• Previous experience as helper, assistant, or similar role


• Basic knowledge of hand tools
