Job Summary:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and office staff.
  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical records, files, and reports.
  • Create and update spreadsheets, reports, and data tracking using Microsoft Excel.
  • Handle document preparation such as letters, memos, purchase orders, and internal forms.
  • Coordinate between departments and external parties as needed.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain a professional and well-organized office environment.
