Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sharm El Sheikh. The Secretary to the General Manager will handle day-to-day clerical tasks, manage communications, and provide executive administrative assistance. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role requires a proactive individual capable of multi-tasking and maintaining professionalism in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work experience
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
