Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Secretary will handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, managing correspondence, and ensuring efficient office operations. The role also involves providing executive administrative support, facilitating communication within the organization, and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including record-keeping, document organization, and managing calendars
- Strong Communication abilities, both written and verbal, with attention to professional etiquette
- Experience in Company Secretarial Work and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Customer Service expertise, with a focus on responsiveness and maintaining a positive rapport
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred
