We are hiring for
a Marketing Section Head
for one of the leading companies in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for automotive products and services.


• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.


• Set marketing goals and KPIs aligned with company objectives.


• Enhance brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging.


• Oversee advertising, sponsorships, and promotional activities.


• Coordinate with creative teams and agencies for branding and media planning.


• Lead digital and offline campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, print, events).


• Monitor digital performance and optimize campaigns.


• Plan and execute product launches and promotions with sales teams.


• Create marketing materials (brochures, videos, presentations, etc.).


• Manage marketing budgets effectively.


• Track ROI and report campaign results.


• Lead and mentor the marketing team.


• Collaborate with dealerships, partners, and vendors.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.


• Experience in the automotive industry is a must.


• Proven success in campaign management, brand building, and leading marketing teams.


• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.


• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
