Position: Data Analyst

Location: Dokki, Giza (Full-time, On-site)

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights?

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and help us make smarter, data-driven marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (CRM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Excel)
  • Analyze marketing campaigns to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to marketing and management teams
  • Monitor KPIs, detect trends, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with telesales, call center, marketing, media buying, and content teams
  • Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
  • Track and update website performance (traffic, conversions, bounce rates)
  • Manage and organize leads from advertising platforms, CRMs, and web forms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a marketing agency
  • Strong proficiency in Google Data Studio, Power BI, Excel, and Google Analytics
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
