We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Data Entry Specialist
to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. This position is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, which support our operational and strategic functions.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in the company database accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of physical and electronic files.
  • Generate reports and summaries from data as required by management.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency.
  • Respond to data inquiries and navigate security procedures for data access.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Experience with SAP, ERP systems, and Oracle applications is a must.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of data privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
