Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Section Head Technical Office (Mech & Elec)
located in Ad-Dokki. The role involves managing technical operations, overseeing mechanical and electrical project activities, providing technical support, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, supervising teams, assessing project requirements, and resolving technical issues. The position also involves managing documentation, providing training to team members, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate technical drawings, projects, and ensure efficient problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and external stakeholders
  • Technical expertise in providing support and solutions for mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience in Team Management, including supervising, directing, and motivating teams for project success
  • Capability to conduct Training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in construction or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
