Role Description

This is a contract Moderator and Sales Representative role located on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include moderating communications, managing customer inquiries, clarifying product details, and supporting business operations. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting the product mix to potential customers, and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the company's reputation for high-quality products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, moderation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, customer relationship building, and achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of hospitality, uniforms, and linen manufacturing is preferred
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively
  • Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving to address customer needs
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
