Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Customer Service / Moderator located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing and improving customer support services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and moderating the community. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience through effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers across multiple channels (in-store, online, social media).
Respond to inquiries, comments, and complaints via platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and website chat.
Recommend and upsell products tailored to customer needs.
Confirm online orders and validate customer information.
Handle order processing, cancellations, refunds, and data entry.
Ensure content appropriateness in comments/messages; escalate when necessary.
Upload product info and images to the website.
Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on customer orders or technical issues.
Participate in online conversations to enhance engagement and sales.
Submit basic daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Tele sales, or Moderation.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with all major social media platforms.
Passion for anime and pop culture is a plus.
Flexible with rotational shifts.
Team player with the ability to work across departments.
