We're looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Sales Manager to lead our retailers sector
If you're ready to take ownership, drive sales growth, and build strong retailer relationships — this opportunity is for you.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from a recognized Egyptian university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in agrochemicals or agricultural inputs sales.
- Proven track record in leading sales teams and managing distributors/trade networks.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with key accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Solid experience in collection management and financial follow-up with clients.
- Experience in nationwide commercial portfolio management is a plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual sales plan for the trade segment.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Expand and strengthen relationships with distributors and key dealers.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Monitor collections and ensure healthy cash flow from trade accounts.
- Support pricing, promotions, and sales incentive strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align business objectives.

- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
