Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our passionate team. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities for our portfolio of hotels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in hospitality sales, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing and growing existing client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring a profitable outcome for the hotel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and sales campaigns.
- Represent Megotac at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance our brand presence.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the hospitality industry.
- A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
