Fabrica Creative Studio
is seeking a highly analytical and ROI-obsessed Performance Marketing professional to drive measurable growth through paid digital channels. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and scaling of campaigns to maximize efficiency and accelerate customer acquisition (leads, sales, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage high-performance campaigns across core channels, including Paid Search (PPC/SEM) and Paid Social (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Budget Management: Own and optimize marketing budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure delivery against defined CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets.
  • Optimization & Testing: Develop and execute a rigorous A/B testing roadmap for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to systematically improve conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop high-performing assets and ensure a cohesive user experience across all paid touchpoints.

Required Qualifications:

  • From 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Expertise in platform management (Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager are essential).
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results against performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS).
  • Strong proficiency in web analytics tools, ideally Google Analytics 4.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a dedication to data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written communication skills for writing compelling ad copy.
