Job Title: Real Estate Media Buyer

Location: Egypt

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with strong expertise in the real estate market across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing media buying strategies to maximize exposure, generate quality leads, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, purchase, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).


• Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements.


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.


• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with project launches and business objectives.


• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience as a Media Buyer in the real estate industry (Egypt & Saudi Arabia).


• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and campaign optimization.


• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven decisions.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Arabic.


• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:


• Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.


• Demonstrated success in generating leads for real estate projects.
