Position: Media Buyer (Full-Time)

Location: [Onsite / New Cairo]

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok , Google Ads, and other relevant channels.


• Conduct audience research and create targeted ad sets specific to real estate demographics and buyer personas.


• Manage budgeting, bid strategies, and ROI analysis to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.


• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives and copy aligned with campaign goals.


• Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to inform ongoing optimization.


• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

Requirements:


• Proven experience in media buying, preferably within the real estate


• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.).


• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Creative thinking with a focus on results-oriented campaigns.


• Knowledge of real estate market trends and buyer behavior is a must.
