Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Junior Media Buyer
to join our marketing team and work closely with our Senior Media Buyer on planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.

If you are data-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about performance marketing, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Media Buyer in managing daily ad campaigns.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPM) and prepare reports.
  • Support in A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Coordinate with the content and graphics team on required ad assets.
  • Track budget spending and ensure campaigns stay within allocated limits.
  • Research trends, competitors, and new targeting opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow under senior supervision.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a strong advantage.
