The Senior Account Manager at Nouvelage Clinics is responsible for managing and growing key internal and external accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between clinic branches, marketing teams, agencies, and stakeholders. The role focuses on brand consistency, campaign execution, performance tracking, and delivering high-quality marketing and commercial outcomes aligned with Nouvelage's strategic objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main point of contact between clinic branches, marketing teams, and external partners.
  • Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously across different branches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers.

Campaign & Project Management

  • Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing, social media, design, media buying, and production teams.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.

Brand & Communication Management

  • Ensure all communications align with Nouvelage Clinics' brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Review and approve marketing materials, content, and campaign messaging.
  • Support brand positioning and service launches across all channels.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI across accounts.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
  • Identify optimization opportunities to improve results and client satisfaction.

Commercial & Strategic Support

  • Contribute to marketing strategies and annual plans.
  • Support upselling, cross-selling, and service promotion initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic planning meetings.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Guide and mentor junior account executives or coordinators.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain high service standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience
    in account management, marketing, or brand management (healthcare, beauty, or agency background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, digital channels, and branding principles.
