Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in New Cairo. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. They will handle financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and collaborate with internal departments to support the school's financial health. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will provide guidance on financial best practices and contribute to audits as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting
  • Proficiency in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management
  • Experience with Accounting Software and Systems Implementation
  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Attention-to-Detail skills
  • Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Team Leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
