Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards, and managing budgeting and forecasting processes. Additional responsibilities include handling tax-related activities, developing financial reports, and supporting internal audits. The role will also work closely with management to provide key financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
  • Expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
  • Solid understanding of Tax Regulations and Compliance
  • Proficient in Accounting Software and Tools, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
