Role Description

GEO EXPORTING, an Egyptian Exporter for fresh vegetables, fruits, and citrus, is hiring a Reefer Operations Specialist in Alexandria, Egypt.

The ideal candidate will manage all reefer operations, coordinate with sales and management, and ensure the smooth handling of all export shipments from booking to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain the best freight rates for reefer shipments from shipping lines.

Handle all shipping documentation from A to Z, including SI, VGM, and follow up on the shipment until the Delivery Order (DO) is received by the customer.

Making daily reports to the management.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in reefer operations.

Excellent command of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, shipment scheduling).

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
