Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Alexandria for a Reefer Service Engineer. The role includes providing technical support and maintenance for reefer equipment, troubleshooting malfunctions, performing field service tasks, and ensuring optimal performance of refrigeration systems. The engineer will be responsible for timely and accurate repairs, maintaining records, and adhering to safety protocols while working in diverse environments.

Qualifications

  • Strong abilities in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to reefer equipment.
  • Proficiency in field service operations and responding effectively to on-site technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
  • Experience in technical support and the ability to provide guidance or solutions to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in maintenance and repair of reefer containers, refrigeration systems, and related equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Relevant technical qualifications or vocational training in refrigeration, HVAC systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics or the shipping industry is a plus.
