We're seeking a Senior Odoo Implementer who can translate complex business requirements into functional ERP solutions that drive efficiency and growth. You'll work closely with end users, developers, and stakeholders to ensure each Odoo implementation aligns perfectly with operational goals. From system design to training, you'll be a key player in delivering ERP projects that make a lasting impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Evaluate end-user business requirements and transform them into Odoo processes, solutions, and modules.
  • Perform Odoo configuration and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure all technical development aligns with requirements.
  • Partner with end users to validate deliverables and ensure expectations are met.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of design, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Develop solution designs and guide end users through implementation and support.
  • Prepare system design documentation and train users on Odoo functionalities.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to data and processes.
  • Conduct Odoo training sessions for end users and department leads.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IS/IT, or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in Odoo implementation as Odoo functional consultant or Odoo Implementer.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, especially accounting-related workflows.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; certification in Odoo is a strong plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
