Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician, based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced equipment and systems provided by Antares Vision. The technician will conduct diagnostic tests, perform repairs, and ensure optimal performance for deployed systems while adhering to predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additional tasks may involve documenting service reports, collaborating with client technical teams, and providing guidance or training on equipment operation and basic maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and electronic systems
  • Familiarity with automation tools, diagnostic procedures, and technical schematics
  • Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to system optimization
  • Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively in on-site, high-priority settings
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional language skills are a plus
  • Availability to travel locally and abroad as needed for client support and intervention
  • Relevant technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field
  • Prior experience in field service roles is preferred but not mandatory
