Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a BIM Technician located in NEw Cairo. The BIM Technician will be responsible for developing and overseeing Building Information Models, producing architectural drawings and construction drawings,clash detection reports, and preparing submittals. The candidate will collaborate with the MEP and structural consultants to ensure precision and technical excellence in across all disciplines. Daily tasks include managing design processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing expertise in architectural planning and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) exclusively revit and navisworks
  • Skills in producing Architectural Drawings and interior design modelling
  • Experience in project coordination across disciplines
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and project management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Experience in the design and consulting industry is a plus
