Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Datacenter Technician, located in New Cairo. The technician will be responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure of the data center, including cable management, structured cabling, and troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include ensuring optimal data center operations, installing and maintaining hardware, and performing routine system maintenance to guarantee uptime and reliability of services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cable Management and Structured Cabling practices
• Experience with Data Center Operations and familiarity with related systems
• Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and problem-solving within a datacenter environment
• Knowledge in handling and installing Cabling and associated equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards and procedures
• Previous experience in a similar role and certifications in relevant areas are a plus
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams
