Requirements and responsibilities


Duties:
  • Customize Dynamics 365 entities, including forms, views, charts, and fields, to meet specific business requirements
  • Develop custom code using the Dynamics 365 SDK and JavaScript to enhance functionality
  • Create custom entities and add-ons to extend the capabilities of the CRM system
  • Configure business rules, connection roles, and relationships to streamline processes
  • Develop plug-in assemblies and workflows to automate tasks and improve efficiency
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports for data visualization and analysis
  • Assist with data migration between systems
  • Install and configure Dynamics 365 environments
  • Provide support to users via chat, phone, email, and remote access to the client's system
  • Analyze and improve existing processes, making recommendations for enhancements
  • Troubleshoot issues and analyze problems to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and data sources
Technical Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 development
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, entities, and workflows
  • Familiarity with web services, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Non-technical requirements:
  • Very Good Command of English Language required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
