Role Description

We are seeking a full-time CRM Manager to oversee and enhance our customer relationship management efforts. Based on-site in Cairo, Egypt, the CRM Manager will be responsible for managing customer data, analyzing customer interactions, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, managing CRM projects, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the effective use of CRM tools and resources to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and team collaboration
  • Experience in sales and market segmentation strategies
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
