We are looking for a
Senior Developer
to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. You will play a key role in building backend services, APIs, and integrations that support mission-critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend services using

  • Build and maintain
    RESTful APIs
    and middleware services for system integrations.
  • Integrate applications with internal systems (CRM, ERP, HRMS, databases) and third-party platforms.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement best practices for security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architecture guidelines.
  • Support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting across development and SIT environments.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in backend development with

    .
  • Strong experience with
    JavaScript (ES6+)
    and backend frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of
    REST APIs
    , system integration, and microservices concepts.
  • Experience with
    SQL and NoSQL databases
    (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and DevOps practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, large-scale systems).
  • Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, SSO, encryption).
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
