Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior RPA Developer based in Cairo. The Senior RPA Developer will design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to optimize business workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing processes for automation opportunities, developing automation software, troubleshooting, and maintaining existing RPA systems. Collaborating with various stakeholders, the Senior RPA Developer ensures high-quality solutions that meet organizational needs.

Automate the process of identifying target customers based on spend behaviour and sending customized SMS offers.

Replace manual Excel-based workflows and scripting with automated RPA solutions.

Implement logic to select customers (e.g., those who have held a card for three months without transactions) and trigger relevant offers (e.g., cashback at Apple Store).

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Robotics and Process Automation to design and develop efficient solutions.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows.
  • Proficiency in Software Development and coding for creating, implementing, and maintaining automation tools.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and technical problem-solving.
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and process automation.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the business (cards) team.
  • Arabic language proficiency
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with analytics and business teams.
  • Familiarity with banking or card operations is a plus.
