Job Description

  • Analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for software solutions and enhancements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and understand workflow processes.
  • Designing and documenting functional and technical requirements for both traditional software and RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Creating process flows, use cases, PDDs and other artifacts to support software design and development.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of test plans, test scenarios, and other documentation for software solutions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, performance, and issues related to software development and implementation.
  • Working closely with RPA developers and solution architects to validate process design, resolve gaps, and ensure automation success.
  • Researching emerging software technologies and trends to recommend potential solutions and improvements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the business analysis field with at least 1–2 years in RPA-focused projects preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
  • Experience in documenting technical specifications and creating process documentation.
  • Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, JIRA, or equivalent).
  • • Relocation Between any of KSA, EGYPT, UAE acceptance is a MUST
