Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor at Hyatt Centric Cairo West, located in Cairo. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. The role also involves monitoring front office activities, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any issues or complaints promptly.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory skills and effective team management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree
