Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources Supervisor at Merqah Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring optimal performance management. Daily responsibilities include supervising HR staff, resolving staff-related concerns, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and collaborating with department managers to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources and HR Management, including staffing processes and organizational development
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Expertise in Performance Management to assess employee productivity, provide feedback, and support professional growth
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a diverse team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a supervisory HR role and familiarity with non-profit or charitable organizations is an advantage
