Role Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Leader to lead our front-end and back-end development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise in , React, , and AWS DevOps environments, as well as a solid understanding of modern UI/UX principles through Figma collaboration.
• This role requires a proactive leader capable of driving end-to-end development—from design collaboration and architecture planning to deployment and optimization—while mentoring the team and exploring opportunities in AI-powered product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership
• Lead and manage the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, coding standards, and timely project execution.
• Oversee software architecture and code reviews to maintain performance, scalability, and security.
• Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions using modern web technologies.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers using Figma to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.

• Development and Architecture

• Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
• Design and develop full-stack applications using React, , and
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-based deployment on AWS.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and reliability.

• DevOps and Cloud Management

• Manage and automate deployment pipelines using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.).
• Ensure best practices for monitoring, logging, and system health.

• Work closely with DevOps engineers to establish secure and scalable environments.

• AI and Innovation

• Stay updated on AI and Machine Learning trends and assess their relevance to ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with R&D to integrate AI features (e.g., chatbots, data analysis, recommendation systems) into web applications.

• Provide technical insights into adopting AI APIs, LLMs, or RAG architectures where applicable.

• Team Management and Mentorship

• Guide and mentor developers to continuously improve their skills and performance.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
• Coordinate with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proficiency in:
• Frontend: React, , TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Backend: , , RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
• DevOps & Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront), Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• UI Collaboration: Figma, design systems integration.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, APIs, and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, security practices, and scalable solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time communication frameworks.
• Exposure to AI integration or Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, etc.) concepts.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
