Sales Supervisor
to lead and grow our
B2B sales operations
, managing relationships with key clients and driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the B2B sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, cafés, restaurants, and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to ensure continuous growth.
  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience, including 3 years in
    B2B food sales
    (HORECA or FMCG background preferred).
  • Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example.
