Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the B2B sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience, including 3 years in
B2B food sales
(HORECA or FMCG background preferred). - Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example.
