Position: Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist

Location: Nasr City – Cairo, Egypt

We are looking for a Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist to join our HR team in Nasr City.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

2.Maintain employee records and personnel files.

3.Handle social insurance, labor office procedures, and employee contracts.

4.Manage attendance, leaves, and end-of-service calculations.

5.Support
HR reporting and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

2.Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and personnel.

3.Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.

4.Excellent communication and organization skills.

5.Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
