Job Purpose
The Operations Specialist at I-Talent Academy will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. This role is crucial in aligning the functions of Marketing, Sales and Learning & Development (L&D) to drive the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with I-Talent's mission and goals.

Provide leadership and coordination between the Marketing, Sales and L&D departments.

Assist in designing, implementing and evaluating L&D initiatives and training programs.

Develop, refine and optimise operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports and present findings to senior management.

Identify operational bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.

Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure departmental alignment and collaboration.

Participate in strategic planning, budgeting and resource allocation as needed.

Ensure strict adherence to company policies, standards and operational guidelines.

Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, teamwork and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

3–4 years of proven experience in operations, preferably within training, education or service-oriented industries.

Strong hands-on experience in Learning & Development (L&D) functions (program administration, training coordination, etc.).

Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.

Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Preferably resides in or around Nasr City, Cairo.
