Operation Specialist Coordinator,

Key Responsibilities:


• Receive new orders on the system, review details, and verify data accuracy.


• Enter and process orders on the system accurately and on time.


• Monitor and update order status throughout the workflow.


• Send reviewed orders to the Operations team and coordinate with them to resolve any execution issues.


• Enter and maintain all order-related data and keep daily updated records.


• Follow up on pending or delayed orders and work on resolving the root causes.


• Prepare daily and weekly reports on order status (Pending – Completed – Cancelled – Returned).


• Use Excel to create basic analytical reports and share them with management.


• Identify any errors or missing information in orders and correct them immediately.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient order cycle.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree is a must.


• 1 year of experience in Operations / Data Entry / Order Management.


• Strong proficiency in Excel.


• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.


• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to work efficiently with systems and data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Nasr City
