We're Hiring: HR Generalist

Location: Nasr City, Cairo

Employment Type: Full-time

We're looking for a HR Generalist to join our growing team at Yearex Group

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

Managing all Human Resources Functions :

-Recruitment strategy and selection process.

-HR Strategic Planning.

-HR policies & procedures.

-Human Resources budget.

-Payroll.

-Personnel.

-Compensation and Benefits.

-HR Analysis and reports.

-Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts

-Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

-Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

-Minimum 2 years' of experience working in Human Resources

-Experience in hospitality industry is preferable.

-Experience in hiring blue collars and white collars.

-Excellent command of English language.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills.

-Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

-Experience in HR best practices.

-Excellent Leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£1.00 - E£2.00 per month
