Location: Nasr City

Responsibilities:

Review all requests created in the system to ensure they are complete and correctly submitted.

Validate each request against documented procedures, guidelines, and process manuals.

Identify inconsistencies, errors, or deviations from standard processes.

Escalate issues to the relevant teams for correction or clarification.

Maintain clear and structured communication when reporting findings.

Analyze the types and frequencies of identified issues.

Compile findings into a structured list with recurring patterns and root causes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current processes and procedures.

Stay informed on any updates or changes to the process and adjust validation criteria accordingly.

Prepare detailed reports highlighting findings, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Present reports to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in every task, with a strong focus on detail.

Support a culture of compliance and quality within the team.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of business process documentation

Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in same role.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Proficiency in using business systems and reporting tools

Familiarity with process auditing or compliance roles is a plus
