Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Desk position located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, answering queries, and providing accurate information about the organization, its services, and relevant processes. The role also involves managing informational resources, maintaining confidentiality, and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with visitors and staff members
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving and assessing the needs of visitors
- Information Management and Information Technology skills for handling data
- Proficiency in using standard office software and database systems
- Customer service orientation and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
