Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk professional based in Qesm El Obour. The role involves providing technical support for IT-related issues, diagnosing, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems. Key duties include assisting staff with technology-related questions, performing routine maintenance, ensuring network security, and maintaining efficient system performance. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills will be essential for daily customer interactions and ensuring user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement , in food manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in purchasing raw materials and packaging materials.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

Solid understanding of supplier evaluation and procurement cycles

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
